Instructions reveal that the matter is now being heard by Sri Sarvesh Chandra Pandey, the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Prayagraj.
In view of this development, it is being directed that the Restoration Application may now be heard and decided within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. If the restoration application is allowed, the Labour Court shall make an endeavour to decide the matter within one month thereafter.
The writ petition is disposed of.
