It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the amount of Rs.16,06,550/- has been recovered from the respondent no.6 and has been paid to the petitioners. However, he states that the employees' provident fund which has been deducted, has not been paid till date.
With regard to the non-deduction of the employees' provident fund and the payment of bonus etc., the petitioners may represent to the respondent no.6 and if they do not get activated, the petitioners may represent to the relevant authorities. If the representations are made to the Authorities with regard to the non-deduction of the employees' provident fund and the bonus etc., action shall be taken by the Authorities in accordance with law.
With these observations, the writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
