following orders were passed in the matter on 3.2.2020:-
"Contention is that though petitioner has passed his B.Ed. Examination in the year 2013, but the degree has not been issued to him.
Learned counsel for the University may obtain instructions in the matter.
Post as fresh on 10.2.2020. ."
Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondentUniversity states on the basis of the instructions received from the Assistant Registrar of the University that petitioner's degree would be sent to him within 15 days.
In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent-University before this Court, writ petition stands disposed of by directing the University to act as per the statement made before this Court.
