Petitioner has challenged determination of fee in respect of the institution concerned for the year 2019-2020. The determination apparently is based upon an earlier determination made for the year 2018-2019 which was subject matter of challenge in Writ Petition No. 2875 of 2019. The said writ petition No. 2875 of 2019 has been decided vide following orders passed on 05.02.2020.:-

''Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.K. Singh, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Manvendra Nath Singh for the respondent-parent association.

The controversy raised in this petition stands adjudicated by this Court vide order of date passed in Writ Petition No. 741 of 2019 (Delhi Public School Indirapura, Ghaziabad and another Vs. State of U.P. and others).

For the reasons recorded in the aforesaid order, this writ petition also succeeds and is allowed. Order impugned dated 11.1.2019 is quashed. Petitioners shall appear before respondent no. 2 alongwith certified copy of this order on 17.2.2020. The Fee Regulatory Authority shall fix a date and require the petitioners to furnish all relevant details as may be warranted for proper determination of fees. A fresh determination would be made by the committee concerned within a period of six weeks. Any deposit made pursuant to the orders impugned shall be refunded. No order is passed as to costs."

Since the determination is now required to be made in accordance with law, afresh, the authorities would have to reconsider the matter in light of the determination for the next year also. Writ petition, accordingly, is disposed of in terms of the order dated 05.02.2020 passed in Writ Petition No. 2875 of 2019. Fresh determination in terms of the aforesaid order would be made for the year 2019-2020 also. The orders impugned would remain subject to the fresh order to be passed by two committee.
