While entertaining the writ petition, following orders were passed in the matter on 20.1.2020:-
"Grievance is that though petitioner has passed B.Ed. in the academic session 2012-13 but she has not been issued the degree so far.
Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the respondents may obtain instructions from the University concerned.
Post as fresh on 3.2.2020.
Name of Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari will be shown as counsel for the respondents whenever the matter is listed next."
Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondentUniversity has obtained instructions from the officiating Registrar of the University as per which the degree would be sent to petitioner within 15 days.
In that view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed off, permitting the respondent-University to act in terms of the statement given before this Court.
