Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-Respondent.
Present Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to transfer the petitioners' case from Assistant Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Varanasi to some other Region.
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners had already represented the matter to the State Government vide representation dated 10.10.2019, appended as Annexure No.14 to the Writ Petition, but no decision has been taken in this regard by the State Government.
Under these circumstances, direction is issued to the Secretary, Institutional Finance (Government of U.P., Lucknow) to pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioners, appended at page 88 of the Writ Petition as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
