The defect, if any, pointed out by the Stamp Reporter may be rectified by the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.
Record reveals that in proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 after the order was passed on 15.12.2017, the petitioner had filed a Recall Application on 27.11.2020 which was pending consideration. Therefore, a prayer has been made to issue a direction to decide the Recall Application dated 27.11.2020 expeditiously. It has further been prayed that interim protection may also be granted.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Recall Application of the petitioner dated 27.11.2020, be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
For a period of two months or till the disposal of the Recall Application, whichever is earlier, status quo as of today, shall be maintained.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
