Hon'ble Siddhartha Varma,J.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the chak road situate at plot no.307 and 332 was being encroached by the private respondents.
Learned Standing Counsel, however, opposed the instant petition and submits that the petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy provided under sections 25 and 26 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Under such circumstances, it is being provided that if the petitioner moves an application under sections 25 and 26 of the Code before the authority concerned within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of two weeks thereafter.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
