The petitioner's JCB has been seized by the authority concerned in a case of illegal mining. The petitioner does not dispute his liabilities. We are not inclined to interfere in the matter at this stage at all. It is open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedy available to him under the law.
The writ petition has no merit and it is accordingly dismissed.
