It has been stated that the encroachment of Ishwar Dayal, Raj Kumar, Ved Prakash, Hari Ram and Arjun had been removed whereas the removal of other encroachers was still going on. Upon the completion of the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the encroachment of the others would also be removed. Encroachments as were alleged in the writ petition have already been removed. Therefore, no further order is required.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
