Heard learned counsel for the parties.
It has been stated by the learned Standing Counsel that on such land encroachment was found, proceeding under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 had been initiated.
Since the proceeding had now been initiated no cause of action survived withe the petitioner. However it is being directed that the proceeding initiated would be completed within a period of 90 days from the date of production of a copy of this order, which shall be duly certified by the counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
