Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and Sri Nitish Kumar Srivastava learned counsel for the respondent no. 6.
A perusal of the instructions reveals that after the order dated 26.11.2018 was passed in proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the respondent no. 6 had filed a Restoration Application. The instructions further reveal that the next date fixed in the Restoration Application is 23.12.2020.
Under such circumstances, learned Standing Counsel submits that it was not possible to execute the order dated 26.11.2018.
It is, therefore, directed that the Restoration Application be decided within a period of one month from the next date fixed in the case.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
