Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Sri Pradeep Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel has put in appearance on behalf of the Kanpur Development Authority.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking allotment of Quarter Nos. 2,3,11 and 12, Block No. 20, Chacha Nehru Residential Colony Ajeet Ganj, Babupurwa, District Kanpur Nagar.

The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is a registered society. The submission of the petitioner is that in the above mentioned four quarters, a Parshadiya Vidyalaya was being run by the Nagar Nigam, Kanpur Nagar but now, it has been shifted to some other place and the quarters are still vacant. The petitioner society are engaged in the business of providing education to the poor children. The petitioner has moved an application before the Vice Chairman, Kanpur Development Authority for allotment of the said quarters.

Though, registration certificate of the Society has been brought on record, but the bye-laws and memorandum of association of the society showing its aim and object is not on record.

We, cannot find from the record of the writ petition as to how the Kanpur Development Authority can allot the quarters on which the Parishadiya Vidyalaya was being run by the Nagar Nigam, Kanpur Nagar.

The writ petition is a wholly misconceived petition as it lacks all necessary details.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
