Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Sri Krishna Agarawal, learned counsel for the respondent, on the basis of instructions received, states that the corrections needed at the ends of the respondents have been made and now, if the petitioner is left with any grievance, he may approach the respondent no.1 i.e. the Executive Engineer, Vidyut Vitaran Khand, Hamirpur, Dakchinanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Ltd.
In view of the above statement, without expressing any opinion as to the merits of the case, the present petition is being disposed of with the following observations:
