Sri Rakesh Chandra Pathak learned counsel for the respondentDistrict Urban Development Agency (DUDA) submits that the money for construction of house under the scheme of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna, which was to be released in favour of the petitioner as beneficiary, could not be transferred in his account on the ground of some discrepancy. But, now the same has been corrected and a letter dated 10.10.2020 has been sent to the account department.
The above statement has been made on behalf of the written instructions received by the learned counsel for the respondent.
It seems to us that the grievance raised by the petitioner herein has been addressed at the ends of the Project Officer, District Urban Development Agency (DUDA), Bareilly.
In view of the above, we are not inclined to keep the writ petition pending. The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the respondent shall do the needful in accordance with law at the earliest.
