This writ petition has been filed, inter alia , for the following reliefs:

"(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 not take any coercive action for recovery of installment of Plot No. 16 in pursuance of notice dated 16.06.2020 and provide some time for depositing the aforesaid amount in easy installment.

(II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to provide the loan to the petitioner for running the mini industry over Plot No. 16 allotted to the petitioner by the General Manager, District Industry Centre, Deoria."

Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer only to the extent that the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh representation before the respondent no. 2-General Manager District Industries Centre, Deoria in respect of his grievances with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the same within the stipulated period.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Sanjay Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 4 and perused the record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the respondent no.2, General Manager District Industries Centre, Deoria ventilating his grievances within three weeks from today along with a copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its entire Annexures and, if any such representation is made, the said authority shall make all endeavours to consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation after hearing the concerned parties.
