This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief:
" (II)Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 4 to release the goods and vehicle forthwith." Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate authority i.e. the respondent no. 3 by filing an application for redressal of their grievances and in case any such application is filed, the said authority would look into the matter and pass appropriate order after examining the matter in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned within two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the said authority has to take decision on its own merits.
