The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
" (i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 i.e. Sub Divisional Officer, TehsilHandiya, District-Prayagraj/Allahabad, to decide the Case No.T201902030402844 (Amrit Lal Vs. Gram Sabha) pending before the respondent no.2 within situplated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court."
The petitioner is aggrieved on account of pendency of his appeal which is directed against the order passed in proceedings under Section 38 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for correction of papers.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 i.e. Sub Divisional Officer, TehsilHandiya, District-Prayagraj/Allahabad, to decide the aforesaid suit as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date a copy of this order is filed before him.
