The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the Mutation Application no.309 of 2020-21 under Section 34/35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Gajendra Vs. Karan Singh), within a time bound period as may be directed by this Hon'ble Court preferably within a period of three months ."
It has been stated that a mutation case filed by the petitioner in the year 2020 has not been decided till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to endeavour to decide the mutation case of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date a copy of this order is filed before him.
