The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the Respondent no. 1 to decide the Case No. 1848/T201815060704168 under Section 34 U.P. Revenue Code 2006 (Wajeeh Mohammad Vs. Mahammad Abbas)."
The petitioner is aggrieved as his mutation case filed in July 2018 has not been decided finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1/Tehsildar, Tehsil Sagadi, District Azamgarh to decide the mutation case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date a copy of this order is filed before him.
