By means of the present petition, the petitioner herein seeks for quashing of the notification dated 29.09.2020 passed by the respondent no.3, i.e. the Nagar Palika Parishad, Farrukhabad.
Sri Atul Kumar Tiwari, learned Advocate appearing for the respondent upon instructions states that the tender/notification dated 29.09.2020 (Annexure-'1') has itself been cancelled.
In view of the above statement, the writ petition is rendered infructuous.
