Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3-University.

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of mandamus commanding the respondent concerned to open the N.O.C. OnLine Form in subject M.Sc (Ag.) which was not showing the subject Agronomy and Soil Chemistry on the website of the University so that the N.O.C Form can fill-up by the students. Further prayer has been made for a direction to the respondents concerned to decide the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2019 within stipulated time.

The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that students of the college could not applied the N.O.C On-Line Form of M.Sc (Ag.) as the subject Agronomy and Soil Chemistry was not showing on the website of the University.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondentUniversity states that he has no objection in case the representation filed by the petitioner dated 26.12.2019 be decided by the University authority.

Under these circumstances, respondent no.3-Registrar, Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj University is directed to take decision on petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2019, copy of which has been appended as annexure-7 to the writ petition, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
