The petitioner is aggrieved as he has made a complaint by registered post to the District Magistrate and Commissioner against a fair price dealer.
It is contended that no action has been taken in the said representations/ complaints.
The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representations made by the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order preferably within a period of four weeks from the date copy of this order is filed before them.
