Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel, who has filed an affidavit of compliance consequent to the order 08.09.2020.
Learned Standing Counsel has also submitted that complaint of the petitioner was considered and was found to be without merit.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:
"(i) Issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus, commanding the respondent no.2 to ensure the conclusion of the appropriate inquiry against the irregularities and embezzlements of respondent no.4, as Gram Pradhan, Gram Panchayat-Panicha, Block-Maniar, District-Ballia within some stipulated period. "
Since the complaint of the petitioner has been duly considered and orders passed thereon, this writ petition, therefore, has been rendered infructuous.
It is accordingly ordered that writ petition be consigned.
