The petitioner-plaintiff filed a suit for two reliefs; one for declaration and the other for partition. There was a temporary injunction in operation. The defendant-respondent nos.1 to 11 filed an objection. On 26.8.2018, the suit was considered as not maintainable and the temporary injunction was vacated. Against this order, the petitioner had filed a Revision before the Board of Revenue. The grievance of the petitioner is that while the Board of Revenue was not functioning due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it had summoned the records but had not passed any temporary injunction and, therefore, the petitioner was suffering immensely.
Without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Board of Revenue shall consider the application for temporary injunction filed along with the Revision within a period of two weeks from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
