The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the Revision being Revision No.789 of 2019 (Lalit Kumar vs. Balvir Singh) filed by him against the order dated 18.7.2019 passed in proceedings under section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was not being decided. He, therefore, prays for a direction that the aforesaid Revision pending in the Court of Commissioner, Aligarh Division, Aligarh may be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavours shall be made to decide the Revision filed by the petitioner.
It is, therefore, directed that the Revision No.789 of 2019 (Lalit Kumar vs. Balvir Singh) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of the order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
