The instructions, as were directed to be placed by the learned Standing Counsel, have been placed today before the Court. They may be kept on record.
The instructions reveal that the Sub-Divisional Officer has directed the Station House Officer, Utraon to comply with her earlier orders.
Under such circumstances, no further orders are required to be passed. However, it is being directed that the partition suit under section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of the order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
