Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and the counsel for the Gaon Sabha.
The petitioner confines himself to the prayer no. 3 of the writ petition and, therefore, prays that a direction be issued that the Restoration Application filed on 16.3.2020 in Case No. 15/77/86/87/91 Kaymi (Navbharat Krishak Inter College Madanpur vs. Gaon Sabha) be decided within a stipulated period of time.
Under such circumstances, it is being directed that the Restoration Application filed on 16.3.2020 in Case No. 15/77/86/87/91 which is pending before the respondent no. 4 be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a copy of this order which would be certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
