The present writ petition has been filed against the orders dated 14.5.2019 and 30.8.2019 passed by the revenue courts in proceedings registered under Section 67 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code-2006.
Through the aforesaid orders, the eviction of the petitioner has been directed by the revenue courts. The plot has been referred as "khalihan" in the revenue records. The case of the petitioner is that the plots has been wrongly referred as "khalihan" in the revenue records and the said plots were "abadi" and had to be recorded as such in view of the previous orders passed by the consolidation courts.
It is admitted that the revenue records at present reveal that the plot is a "khalihan" and, therefore, there is no illegality in the orders passed under Section 67 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code-2006.
The petitioner may institute appropriate proceedings either for declaration of his rights or for correction of the revenue records.
The writ petition is dismissed.
