In pursuance to the order dated 10.9.2020, the Standing Counsel has received instructions and has handed over a copy of the same to the Court which is taken on record.
On the basis of instructions, Standing Counsel states that the petitioner has been delivered possession in pursuance to the order dated 25.10.2019 passed in a case registered under Section 134 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code-2006.
The aforesaid fact has been accepted by the counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid, the relief prayed by the petitioner is already been granted and no orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.
The writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
