This writ petition has been filed, interalia, for the following reliefs:
"A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned notice/order dated 08.07.2020 issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Board/Chhawani Parishad Kanpur (Respondent no. 3).
B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to extend the collection right of Tahbazari from Faithfulganj Market.
C. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere peaceful working of petitioner according to the award dated 01.08.2019."
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
At the very outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 2 and 3 has stated that after accepting tender, work order has also been issued in favour of the respondent no. 4.
In view of the above, we do not see any justification to interfere in the matter at this stage.
This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
However, it is open for the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
