The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 31.1.2020 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Rampur Maniharan ,Saharanpur.
The order is interlocutory in nature and does not adversely affect the rights of the parties and does not finally decide the case.
In view of the aforesaid, it is not a fit case for interference under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India.
The writ petition is dismissed.
