The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a writ of mandamus directing the Board of Revenue, Prayagraj to decide Revision No. 2444/2018 pending in the court of Board of Revenue, Prayagraj.
The Board of Revenue, Prayagraj is directed to decide the aforesaid revision expeditiously but in any case within a period of one year from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid revision.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of .
