In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not to be issued to the private respondents.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to respondent no.2/Consolidation Officer, Kirtapur, Jaunpur, to decide the objection pending in case no.379/101 of 2019-20 (Suneel Vs. Suryabali), under Section 9A (2) Village-Gajana, Pargana Saremu, Tehsil-Sadar, District-Jaunpur expeditiously within a stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent no.2/Consolidation Officer, Kirtapur, Jaunpur to consider and decide the aforesaid objection in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order but certainly after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, except upon payment of cost.
