Shri Gaurav Kumar Chand, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner superannuated from service from the State of Jharkhand. No cause of action has arisen in this State.
The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to approach the competent court of having jurisdiction in the matter.
