The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents in denying him the opportunity of appearing in the document verification and Physical Standard Test.
Learned Standing Counsel Shri Virendra Bahadur Yadav submits that the petitioner was given two opportunities to pass Physical Efficiency Test on 12.12.2019 and 08.01.2020. The petitioner did not avail the aforesaid opportunities and remain absent.
No candidate can be given indefinite number of opportunities to appear in the Physical Efficiency Test as per his/her convenience.
The writ petition, is, accordingly, dismissed.
