The instant writ petition is clearly misconceived since all that the impugned order does is to direct the concerned authority to take steps for registration of an FIR consequent to the petitioner having been found allegedly guilty of misappropriation of Rs. 23 lakhs approximately. Since all avenues of redressal and challenge in respect of the proposed action to be undertaken are available, the Court finds no ground to entertain the instant writ petition which shall stand dismissed.
