The principal relief is claimed against the fourth respondent which is an incorporated company and a private entity. This writ petition consequently under Article 226 of the Constitution would not lie. It is accordingly dismissed .
This order however shall not preclude the petitioner from initiating proceedings which may otherwise be maintainable in law.
