Sri Chaturvedi appearing for the bank has placed for the perusal of the Court an order of 10 January 2020 passed by the Disciplinary Authority revoking the order of suspension which is impugned herein.
In that view of the matter, the instant petition is rendered infructuous . It is accordingly dismissed as such.
