The petitioner who was posted as Head Assistant in the office of C.M.O. Balia was transferred to the office of C.M.O. Chitrakoot by the order of Government dated 29.01.2020. He was informed about the said order by Director Administration by impugned communication dated 30th January, 2020. Aggrieved thereby, the instant petition has been filed.

By order dated 4.3.2020, this Court invited counter affidavit from respondent no.4 but which has not been filed till date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that on 12th May, 2020, the Government has issued an order suspending all transfers until further orders during the year 2020-21 in view of Covid-19 epidemic. He submitted that the petitioner would make representation in terms of the said order of the Government and prays that the same be directed to be decided by the respondents.

Learned Standing Counsel in all fairness, states that in case any representation is made by the petitioner, it will be decided in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation before respondent no.3 along with true attested copy of the instant order and in which event, the same shall be decided expeditiously, in accordance with law.

The instant petition is disposed of accordingly.
