Admittedly the services of the petitioner, who is an Accountant in a Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society, are not governed by any statutory rules and regulations.
In that view of the matter, the Court finds no ground to entertain this petitioner which shall stand dismissed . This order however shall preclude the petitioner from initiating appropriate steps which may otherwise be available in law.
