From the affidavit tendered today, the Court is apprised that provident fund and group insurance scheme dues have been released in favour of the petitioner. The only issue which now remains is in respect of payment of leave encashment and arrears of two months pension.
Sri Mehrotra learned counsel appearing for the Nigam states that those sums shall be disbursed on or before 23 March 2020.
The statement so made is recorded and accepted. The petition stands disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
