Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The only prayeer which is addressed on this petition reads thus:
"i) Issue a suitable , order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 &3 to consider the grievances of the petitioner and permit to the petitioner to deposit the amount which was withdrawl by the petitioner in respect of salary of 16 months from the U.P. Jal Nigam,Gorakhpur Region, Goarkhpur."
Sri Harsh Vardhan Gupta, learned counsel appearing for respondents states that in case the petitioner tenders the salary for the months for which he obtained emolument from two organizations, they would have no objection. The statement so made is recorded and accepted.
In view of the above, since nothing further survives on this petition, it shall stand dismissed .
