Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pranjal Mehrotra for the Jal Nigam and Sri Neeraj Kumar Tripathi learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Jal Nigam in terms of the affidavit tendered today discloses that a sum of Rs.8,74, 642/- towards GPF, Group Insurance and Pension Arrears has been released and paid. Learned counsel for the Nigam states that the balance amount found admittedly due and payable shall be released on or before 27 March 2020.
The statement so made is recorded and accepted. The petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
