Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pranjal Mehrotra, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nigam.
Pursuant to the interim mandamus issued, the respondents have filed an Affidavit, in which it is disclosed that all retiral dues have been paid to the petitioner. It is further stated that the delay was caused on account of the financial crisis under which the Nigam is presently reeling.
In any case since the principal amounts have been released, the Court finds no ground to continue this petition, which shall stand disposed of .
