The divorce suit of the husband being allowed by the court below. Against the aforesaid order, the appellant wife filed present first appeal. During the pendency of the appeal, the appellant wife has now moved an application for withdrawal of the appeal as it is submitted that some compromise have been arrived at between the parties.
Learned counsel for the parties submitted that they have given undertaking that the appellant-wife moved the application is without any threat or coercion and the same person who has filed the appeal.
Upon such assurance and the compromise having been entered between the parties, the application for withdrawal of appeal is allowed.
The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawan.
