Sri S.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the U.P.S.R.T.C. has filed this appeal being aggrieved by award dated 10.10.2019 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Additional District Judge, Court No.10, Aligarh.
After going through the award, this Court is of the opinion that no infirmity is made out and all the relevant factors have been taken into consideration by the learned Claims Tribunal.
Therefore, appeal is devoid of merit deserves to be dismissed and is dismissed.
However dismissal of the appeal will not curtail the rights of the claimants, if any appeal is filed on their behalf to argue the matter on its own merit.
