Hon'ble Ramesh Sinha,J. Hon'ble Ajit Singh,J.
Sri N.C. Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn. He states that due to inadvertence this second writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner as the earlier writ petition filed on behalf of the petitioner being Crl. Misc. Writ Petition No. 14461 of 2019 has already been disposed of vide order dated 27.5.2019 by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. He apologies for the said act of the petitioner as well as for himself as he has not checked about filing of earlier petition on behalf of the petitioner. Ms. Archana Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State is present.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a strict warning to the petitioner to remain cautious and not to repeat such act in future.
