Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri I.P. Srivastava, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No. 60 of 2019, under Sections 147,148, 186, 332, 353, 307, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Karimuddinpur, District Ghazipur.
Bearing in mind the nature of injuries which were caused and inflicted by the applicant and are duly noted by the Sessions Judge, the Court finds no ground to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant. Additionally the Court takes into consideration the criminal history of the applicant which too is alluded to by the learned Sessions Judge and which clearly establishes the facility of bail being abused by the applicant.
The petition is consequently dismissed.
