The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No. 0631 of 2019, under Sections 498A, 419, 420, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Section 3/4 D.P. Act and Section 67 I.T. Act, police station Naini, District Prayagraj.
In the absence of any special circumstances having been referred to and the principles enunciated by the Court in Vinod Kumar Vs. State of U.P. And Another [Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 53729 of 2019], the Court finds no ground to entertain this application which shall consequently stand rejected . This order however shall not preclude the applicants from approaching the concerned Sessions Judge.
